CAC Free Submission Program For New LSCC Members

Thanks to John Albanese and his generosity, CAC is providing ten (10) free Seated coinage submission to new LSCC members effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. LSCC leadership is working closely with John and his CAC staff for bringing incremental value to an LSCC membership.

Terms and Conditions

Following are the Term and Conditions for new LSCC members to take advantage of the CAC ten (10) coin free submission offer.

  1. The CAC offer to LSCC members is for a ten (10) coin review regardless of CAC sticker outcome.

  2. CAC will provide up to ten coins in one free submission postmarked before 12/31/2015 for new LSCC members (joined in 2015). Please note that CAC will only support ONE free submission and NOT MULTIPLE submissions towards a total of ten (10) coins.

  3. Non CAC members must apply for CAC membership. When you contact CAC please ask for Ivonne or Michelle and identify yourself as an LSCC member. Members will be moved to the front of the CAC waiting list and granted CAC membership.

  4. Only Liberty Seated coins that CAC accepts are eligible for this offer. Please check for details.

  5. All coins must be certified by PCGS or NGC.

  6. LSCC members must use the CAC submission form and provide their LSCC and CAC member numbers.

  7. LSCC members are responsible for all shipping fees and will be billed by CAC. All submissions will be returned from CAC via USPS registered mail. The maximum insured value for registered mail is $50,000.

CAC Submission Procedures

Please read carefully and follow exactly for smooth execution!

  • PCGS or NGC Coin holders should be clean and free of stickers!

  • Every coin submitted must be listed individually- up to 20 coins per submission form but only 10 coins will be free.

  • Print your submitter member name and number.

  • Fill in contact name.

  • Complete return shipping address with telephone number and e-mail address.

  • Choose return carrier, fill in account number and insurance limit. Please note, CAC must have a return shipping authorization on file when using your insurance.

  • If you do not have insurance, we will ship all submissions Registered Mail and charge you the applicable postage and registered mail fee. If your submission exceeds $50,000, an additional fee will be charged to cover the insurance up to $75,000.

  • Choose submission tier (only one tier per submission form).

  • List coins in Red Book® order: coin, date, mint mark, denomination, MS or PF, numerical grade, grading service, variety (i.e. Judd number, commemorative type, color), declared value and unique grading service certification number, i.e. NGC 1660608-003, PCGS 13796504. (Do not list the PCGS coin number.) Total insured value. EACH COIN MUST BE ENTERED INDIVIDUALLY.

  • Total number of coins and multiply by tier price, enter total amount due. Forward payment by check or money order made payable to CAC with your submission.

  • Sign and date your submission.

  • Please do not use one submission form to cover coins sent in multiple packages.

Important Notice: “Vendor hereby acknowledges and confirms that CAC shall have the right and option to post upon its website the details of the transaction(s) reflected within this invoice without obligation or liability to Vendor as a consequence thereof.” All Submissions are F.O.B. CAC’s location. You are responsible for all shipping charges and for choosing the carrier. All risk of loss shall pass to you, the submitter, upon CAC’s delivery to the carrier. Submitters will be notified by e-mail upon receipt and completion of submissions.
